Automotive Finance/Sales PersonResponsibilities:
• Fully proficient with title laws andregistration process
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals tolenders for approval, makes credit • decisions,and effectively closes deals.
• Ensures all deals are fully compliantwith local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork and contracts anddelivers deals.
• Prepares and mails all deal packageswith complete and proper documentation to lenders and/or.
• Ensures the expeditious funding of allcontracts.
• Greeting customers to quickly andeffectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchaseprocess.
• Contracting Customers
• Organize deal jackets, to company standards
• Providing an exceptional customer experienceto drive loyalty
• Ability to Upselling product
• Answer calls in a prompt, polite, professionalmanner
• Assist Business Office with vehicle costentering
• Prepare and Receive packages/envelopes
• Work Closely with Management
• Self-Motivated and Competitive
• Critical thinking and independent problem-solvingskills
• And miscellaneous office duties
Requirements:
• At lease one year of previous experienceworking as a Finance/Sales at an automotive dealership is required
• Time Management Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer ServiceSkills
• Attention to details is a MUST
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient with computer, including MicrosoftOffice
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptionalcustomer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Highly detailed-oriented and organized
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonalskills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication,strong negotiation, and professional appearance and presentation skills.
